Sage Smudge Stick with flowers

Step 1: Gently remove the tag & decorative flowers before lighting (dried/dyed botanicals are for decoration only).

Step 2: Light one end of the smudge stick at a 45-degree angle. Let it flame for 15–20 seconds, then gently blow it out until it smolders.

Step 3: Place in a heatproof dish (like an abalone shell or ceramic bowl) and guide the smoke through your space.

Safety: Never leave burning sticks unattended. Ensure windows are open.
